Delta RV / RVE Trailer

Delta RV and RVE distribute the harvest evenly with no trituration. The free juice is drained with removable drains and small tanks on the side with inspection hatches. This means that the free juices are collected and maceration is limited.

All of the components in contact with the harvest and the juice comply with the applicable regulations in force for materials in contact with food.

Vibrating Hoppers Delta AEV/CVE

The vibrating plate hopper enables reception of hand-picked or mechanically harvested grapes, efficient draining of juices and even grapes distribution by vibration without grinding.

Elevator Delta ELVTR & TRE

The mobile belt elevator enables to feed presses, destemmers, sorting tables, maceration tanks… with fresh grapes, to feed presses with macerated grapes and to evacuate stems and dried pomace.

Exposed framework in stainless steel 304 L – folded sheet thickness 20/10 – sand-blasted, giving way to below belt.
Belt with curved brackets width 300 mm depending on material to be transferred.
Quick release system.
Cleaning and discharge opening
Delivered with 1 hopper to choose between the following (reception hopper under E2 destemmer, reception hopper under tank door (height : 360 mm), reception hopper at the end of sorting table)

Delta PMV pumps

Pumps for grapes, fermented pomace, juice and wine.

Delta PMV pumps enable a very smooth grapes transfer with safe and gentle transfer for grapes or must. These pumps are easy to handle, require very low maintenance and have stainless steel wheels.

Cazaux LOB Pumps

Versatility and Excellence!

The specifically designed Cazaux lobular pumps are made in a large flow range from 250 to 8,900 gal/h. The specially designed lobe allow for self priming continuous flow and are temperature resistant up to 190°F. The Cazaux lobe pump also allows for the passage of solid particles up to 50 mm as well as maintains quality of the juice without heating and with minimal oxygen pick up.

Cazaux Aerosmooth

The Aerosmooth pump works on recycling gas (CO2 or Air) to homogenize a tank. In addition to quickly breaking the cap and allowing a very effective homogenization, it is very easy to clean, easy and safe to use, and very quick.

Grape Treatment | Delta Extractys

Delta Extractys is a patented, physical and selective extraction process. Designed to enhance, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the extraction of grape’s skin and well walls compounds (phenolic compounds, aromatic precursors, …).

Delta Extractys treatment enhances color, structure and aromatic expression with greater typicity. Operates with liquid or solid phase vinification.
• Applied pressure range: up to 4 bars
• Operating range: 2 - 60 T/h

principle

Integrated downstream in a thermovification installation and just before maceration tank, Delta Extractys is made of 2 small-volume pressure chambers. The hot crop is introduced into one and is subjected to overpressure followed by a quick pressure reduction when returned to air pressure.

Densilys

Delta TRV Vibrating Table

The Delta TRV line of vibrating sorting tables ensure a homogeneous distribution of the grapes on the table and makes easier the sorters’ work.

Vibrating tables are used to:
• spread grapes and make easier sorting
• separate free run juice from vegetal fragments
• supply regularly the reception line (destemmer, pump, crusher, ...)

Delta Vistalys HD

The Delta Vistalys HD allows the user to graduate the sorting according to the objective he wants to achieve and the initial quality of the manual harvest destemmed or machine by playing on parameters of color and shape adjustment of the objects.

With Bucher Vaslin optical sorting, the user can choose to preserve only healthy berries by eliminating foreign bodies, plants, and immature berries, or let crushed berries clinging to a piece of stalk pass through.

CITF Grape Sorting | Alien

ALIEN is a patented robotic system using an optical sorting technology to remove unwanted elements after the harvest. ALIEN ensures that only grapes meeting the high-quality standards of premium wineries are used in winemaking.

When the harvested grapes come under the robots, the arms move immediately and remove the waste. Robots can sort more than 400 unwanted items per minute. In consequence, the ALIEN system performs continuous quality inspections by detecting defective products on the basis of predefined specifications.

Delta Oscillys

Oscillys destemmer operates without any rotating shaft or cage to avoid mechanical interaction with clusters to avoid the creation of MOG and eliminates stem shear. The Oscillys destemmer uses an ample swinging motion of one or two cages to separate the grapes from the stems by inertia.

Preserves integrity of the berries (thus limiting production of juice and green characters).

No break or grinding stems.

Full separation of the grapes from the stems.

Delta F Crusher

The Delta FC/F crushers can be combined with destemmers (Delta Evolution).

The support bars offer the choice of two different positions. The lower position allows you to place the crusher on a pump. The upper position makes it possible to position the crusher in a 500 mm diameter tank door. The gap between the rollers can be adjusted using knobs with a view of the spacing. These one-piece rollers have no retention area between the modules.
