Proanthocyanidic tannins - INSTANTANEOUSLY SOLUBLE

Pro Tanin R® prevents losses of color matter (reaction with proteins) and helps to stabilize the color. It also has an antioxidant effect and helps to inhibit oxidative enzymes activities such as PPO and laccase (botrytized grapes), thus protecting anthocyanins and improving their stabilization.

Pro Tanin R® facilitates the fining and clarification of red wines.

This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations.

Dosage: 100-180 g/ton

Application: directly on grapes, as soon as possible.
