Polymix® Natur’ is a vegan and allergen-free formulation for the treatment of juices, musts and wines. It prevents oxidation, removes phenolic compounds precursors of oxidation, thus preventing oxidation, improving aroamtic expression and wine shelf-life. It also treat oxidation, removing oxidized compounds to correct color.

Polymix® Natur’ is a clarification agent that creates a small amount of lees (good compaction) and settles quickly.
