Our high quality Dujardin-Salleron Carbodoseur is a valuable laboratory instrument for fast and easy analysis of dissolved carbon dioxide in wine. Simply fill the unit with wine to the measured volume, record the temperature, cap, shake and record the volume of wine dispelled. Using the correlation chart provided, the concentration of carbon dioxide can be directly determined in g/L.
