Softan® Power has the effects of proanthocyanidic tannins without their astringency. It participates in color stability when used early (at draining/pressing), improves the structure of all types of red wines (fruity or matured with oak), protects wines from premature oxidation, and improves the precision and fruitiness of the wine. HIghly recommended with micro-oxygenation to improves structure and color stability.

This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations.
